Frank Moll's goal is to think our clients' strategies, projects and plans through to the end. Customer orientation is his guiding principle. This enables him to add significant value to our project business. He is driven by the desire to create something meaningful and sustainable in a high-performance team.
Frank has been a member of the management and shareholder since 2005 and was co-founder of Tallence AG in 2016. As CEO, Frank is passionate about building collaborative models and oversees the governance of our organisation.
He gained his professional experience at Capgemini in numerous strategy and technology projects, which he led to success as a project management trainer and as a sales manager. The graduate industrial engineer (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) also worked for 1und1 and E-Plus.
Bernd Scherf.

Bernd wants to further strengthen the expansion of the product business̀ˆand the impact of Tallence in the digital landscape. Together with the team, he wants to sustainably position the company's growth. He combines the aspiration of innovative progress with individual solution finding and operational excellence.
Bernd has been on board as COO at Tallence since 2022 and draws on a good 20 years of experience in IT consulting in various industries and in different management positions. In his professional career, he most recently held the role of CIO at Materna SE and before that worked for 17 years in IT consulting at Sopra Steria Consulting and in early years in application development at Citibank. His main focus is on managed services, information technology consulting as well as digital and cloud transformation processes.
